Happy Summer!
School Programs - Dr. Seuss Day

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DR. SEUSS!

Theodor Seuss Geisel was born on March 2, 1904, in Springfield Massachusetts. During his career, he wrote more than 40 children's books, which have sold more than 200 million copies worldwide. Although a high school art teacher told him that he would never be an artist, Seuss illustrated many of his books. Seuss died in September, 1991.

Each year Clark School celebrates the life of Theodor Seuss Geisel on Dr. Seuss Day, March 2nd. The entire school comes together and takes part in many different reading games and activities. It is always a very special day at our school.
